1. General Provisions
1.1. Basic Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “Terms”) govern the conditions of use of the AIShifty.com website (hereinafter: “Website”) and the conditions for using services and making purchases through the Website.
1.2. These Terms have been prepared in accordance with the following legislation:
Hungarian legislation:
- Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (Ptk.)
- Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services (Ektv.)
- Act CLV of 1997 on consumer protection
- Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses
European Union legislation:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR)
- Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights
- Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on certain legal aspects of information society services, in particular electronic commerce, in the Internal Market (Directive on electronic commerce)
- Directive (EU) 2019/770 of the European Parliament and of the Council on certain aspects concerning contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services
International conventions:
- United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna, 11 April 1980) (Vienna Sales Convention), promulgated in Hungary by Decree Law 20 of 1987
1.3. Scope of the Terms
These Terms are valid from the date of their publication on the Website until revocation or modification. The Terms apply to all natural and legal persons who use the Website and/or use services through the Website (hereinafter: “User”).
By using the Website or by registering, the User accepts the provisions of these Terms and considers them binding. These Terms may be updated from time to time; modifications take effect after publication on the Website. By continuing to use the Website, the User accepts the current version of the Terms.
1.4. Territorial Scope
The territorial scope of these Terms primarily covers the territory of Hungary, but the Service Provider enables the use of the Website and services for Users located in member states of the European Economic Area (EEA), as well as in Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
The Service Provider reserves the right to fulfill or reject orders from countries outside the EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the legal regulations of the given country and the possibilities of the Service Provider.
1.5. Welcome and General Provisions Regarding the Use of the Website
When using AIShifty.com, the User accepts the conditions set forth herein, including the privacy policy, cookie policy, and other applicable rules on the Website that are referenced in these Terms.
The Service Provider reserves the right to update these Terms periodically when laws, services, or practices change. It is recommended to check these Terms regularly. If the User continues to use AIShifty.com services after a modification, it constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. Website Content and Usage
2.1. Purpose and Content of the Website
The Website provides news, innovations, and tools related to artificial intelligence through posts and courses. Posts appear in a news magazine format with daily content updates. Courses are continuously supplemented with new content.
2.2. Content Access Levels
The Website content is divided into three access levels:
- Public content: Viewable by anyone.
- Free content: Accessible by registered and subscribed Users.
- Premium content: Accessible exclusively by Users with a membership subscription.
Content restrictions apply to certain posts and courses at different levels.
2.3. Terms of Website Use
By using the Website, the User accepts and acknowledges the following:
a) The Service Provider reserves the right to make corrections.
b) Content created by third parties may also be available on the Website; the Service Provider assumes no responsibility for such content.
c) The User agrees to adhere to the unwritten rules of cultured commenting and expression of opinion.
d) Technical outages may occur during the operation of the Website; the expected extent of such outages cannot be determined. If the downtime exceeds 10% (72 hours per month), the Service Provider will provide additional free access after the expiration of the User’s membership period upon written request. No financial refund applies to this case. This option does not apply to membership subscriptions sold at discounted prices.
e) The entire content of the Website is the intellectual property of the Service Provider. Any part of the content may only be shared in such a way that the source name and a link to the content are included in the sharing. The content may only be used for a website with similar content and purpose (AI content course or news magazine) with the written consent of the Service Provider.
2.4. Registration and User Account
When registering on the Website, the User is required to provide accurate information. Information provided during registration:
- Name
- Email address
- Password
Registration is also possible via social login (currently through Google accounts, and in the future expected to be available through Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, and other platforms).
The User is responsible for the security of their user account and for keeping the password confidential. If the User becomes aware that their account has been used without permission, they must immediately notify customer service at shifty@aishifty.com.
2.5. Age Restrictions and User Requirements
The User must be at least 18 years old to register and subscribe on the Website. Only individuals who have reached the age of 18 and have full legal capacity can be Customers. The Service Provider currently does not serve business organizations.
2.6. Security Requirements
To ensure the security of the Website and the proper functioning of our systems, it is prohibited to:
- Disrupt or attempt to disrupt the proper functioning of the Services
- Circumvent the security measures of the Services
- Cause damage or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, data, password, or other information, regardless of whether it belongs to AIShifty.com or a third party
- Conduct activities that place unreasonable burden on the infrastructure or external service providers (the Service Provider reserves the right to decide what is considered reasonable)
- Use any software or tool (manual or automated) to “map” or “spider” any part of the Website
- Reverse engineer or analyze any part of AIShifty.com to obtain source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms
3. Membership Subscriptions and Purchase Conditions
3.1. Membership Levels and Fees
Premium membership can be purchased in the webshop. Different membership levels are available at different prices. Membership subscription can be:
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Yearly
Subscriptions automatically renew unless the User cancels them before renewal.
The Service Provider may occasionally provide free Premium membership for marketing purposes. A 3-day trial membership is planned for the future.
3.2. Purchase Process
The pages of restricted content and the links to products and the webshop on the website contain descriptions of subscriptions in terms of duration and price. The titles and brief previews of restricted content can be accessed without membership; after payment in the webshop, the full content becomes immediately available.
When making a purchase, the User must provide their billing address and country.
3.3. Payment Methods
The following payment methods can be used on the Website:
- Woocommerce Payment
- PayPal
- Stripe
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
Subscription products cannot be ordered via bank transfer. When ordering, the fee for the first period is payable according to the current offer. The offer clearly contains the fee for the first period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless the User cancels them before renewal.
Subscription renewal occurs at the current price advertised on the website at that time. If the User does not cancel their subscription by the renewal date, the current subscription price is considered accepted.
The fee for the next period will be automatically charged from the bank card provided by the User through the payment methods specified above. For monthly fees, the charge occurs on the 30th day from the date of order; for quarterly fees, on the 90th day from the date of order; and for annual fees, on the 365th day from the date of order.
For bank card payments, the product can be downloaded immediately after a successful transaction. The webshop currently only accepts online bank card payments.
Erroneous order: If, within 72 hours after the renewal of an annual subscription, the User indicates that they do not want the subscription and withdraws from it, the Service Provider will change the annual subscription to a monthly subscription within 30 days and refund the amount of the annual fee reduced by the current 1 month fee. In other cases, the User has no possibility to withdraw.
3.4. Invoicing
Invoicing is done automatically with electronically issued invoices. Invoicing partner: szamlazz.hu.
3.5. Right of Withdrawal
The User waives their right of withdrawal when purchasing a subscription, as it concerns online downloadable digital content, not a physical product, and the content becomes immediately available upon payment.
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal complies with the following legislation:
- Section 29(1)(m) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses
- Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights
- Articles 3 and 16 of Directive (EU) 2019/770 of the European Parliament and of the Council on certain aspects concerning contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services
According to these, the consumer cannot exercise their right of withdrawal in the case of digital data content service if the business began performance with the consumer’s express prior consent, and the consumer simultaneously acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal after the beginning of performance.
3.6. Technical Errors and Liability
Unless otherwise provided by law, the owners or Contributors of the Website are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to any loss of working capacity, profit, or data resulting in any way from the use of the Website.
If the content does not appear due to a technical error, the User can notify the Service Provider in writing (shifty@aishifty.com). The Service Provider undertakes to fix the technical error within 30 days or to refund the paid membership fee. The duration of the technical error is added to the membership period.
The Service Provider is not responsible for delays by the financial institution responsible for the money transfer in case of a refund.
3.7. Warranty and Guarantee
There is no warranty or guarantee for the quality and quantity of the content, given that it is online downloadable content.
4. Data Management
4.1. Scope of Processed Data
During the use of the Website, the Service Provider processes the following data:
- During registration: name, email address, password
- When purchasing Premium membership: billing address, country
- Purchase-related data: time of purchase, type of purchased subscription, price, payment method
- Invoice data
4.2. Privacy Policy
The detailed rules of data processing are contained in the Privacy Policy available in a separate document.
4.3. Data Processors
The Service Provider uses the following data processors:
- Woocommerce (webshop and membership management)
- Szamlazz.hu (invoicing)
- PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay (payment service providers)
- Google, Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram (social login)
5. Complaint Handling and Legal Enforcement
5.1. Complaint Handling Method
Complaints can be submitted to the email address shifty@aishifty.com. The Service Provider investigates the complaint within 30 days and responds in writing.
5.2. Dispute Resolution
5.2.1. Applicable Law
Hungarian law governs the legal relationship between the Service Provider and the User. Hungarian legislation must also be applied in the case of foreign Users, unless the laws of the country of residence or stay of the User contain mandatory consumer protection provisions that provide more favorable treatment for the User.

The User is entitled to enforce their claim arising from a consumer dispute in court proceedings under the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Act CXXX of 2016 on the Code of Civil Procedure.
5.2.3. Jurisdiction
In case of disputes arising from or related to these Terms between the Service Provider and a User residing in another member state of the European Union, as well as in the EEA, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, the User may apply to a court. The provisions of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters shall apply to the jurisdiction of the court.
5.3. Conciliation Body
The User is entitled to apply to the conciliation body competent according to their place of residence or stay if the Service Provider has not adequately remedied their consumer complaint. The condition for initiating the procedure of the conciliation body is that the User directly attempts to resolve the disputed issue with the Service Provider.

5.4. Online Dispute Resolution Platform

This option is provided to Users residing in the European Union under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
6. Provisions Related to International Sales
6.1. Sales Within the European Union
For Users residing in member states of the European Union, the Service Provider ensures the enforcement of consumer protection provisions contained in Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Directive (EU) 2019/770 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services.
For Users residing in member states of the European Union, the provisions of national laws transposing Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council must be applied during the conclusion of contracts for the purchase of membership subscriptions.
6.2. European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom
For Users residing in non-EU member states of the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway), as well as in Switzerland and the United Kingdom, the Service Provider acts in accordance with the consumer protection provisions of the given countries, if they are binding on the Service Provider.
6.3. Other Countries
For Users residing in countries outside the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, the Service Provider reserves the right to individual consideration regarding the fulfillment of orders, taking into account the laws of the given country and the possibilities of the Service Provider.
For Users from such countries, only Hungarian law and the provisions of the Vienna Sales Convention apply, if the given country is a party to the convention.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. Modification of the Terms
The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify these Terms. The modified provisions take effect after publication on the Website.
7.2. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law, taking into account the EU legislation and international conventions listed in section 1.2. In matters not regulated in the Terms, the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services, Act CLV of 1997 on consumer protection, and Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses shall apply.
7.3. Partial Invalidity
If any provision of these Terms proves to be invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
7.4. Language Versions
These Terms are available in Hungarian and English. In case of discrepancy between the two versions, the Hungarian version shall prevail.
7.5. Method of Contracting
The contracting parties stipulate that after reading and interpreting this contract, they accept it as being in complete agreement with their will and recognize it as binding on themselves. The customer accepts it according to the rules for contracts between distant parties, that is, by checking “I have read and accept the terms of use and ordering conditions”, and simultaneously clicking on the button for finalizing the subscription or payment.
